Hi Toni,
That's pretty common I would say. Just keep going and it will pass or it will move on to another area.
It should be taken as a good sign that junk is coming out. I had some cramping in my midrif for a while, it went away, and now I've had headaches and tiredness for weeks.
But I was told I had enough Mercury in me to kill three people, so I'm taking this as a good thing! I'm getting all the crap out of me.
I could be wrong about this. Maybe Nora or Dr. Vinograd will say something else, but that's what I would say.
And it has to be considered that some people a more toxic than others. Some, like me, seem to be absolutely poisoned and so experience more discomfort while detoxing, but the body knows what it's doing. This is a very natural way to detox.
I also use two pads a night which possibly makes it more intense.
I'm going to try a new product called oxygen element plus to help me with the healing response. It's supposed to be great at removing hang-overs and side effects to chemo, because it's an amazing free radical scavenger and a speedy and efficient detoxer of floating toxins. Theoretically it should be a great helper at getting rid of the gunk that is coming out into my circualtion. I'll post about it if it helps me.
