I have been using the pads nightly for over 100 days and have not noticed any change in pad appearance after use. I'm 62 years old and smoked in my 20's but haven't for over 30 years now. Should I continue using the pads evey night until they are clear after use, or should I switch to maintenance use for a while and then go back to use every night?
