tiredness anyone?

has anyone experienced tiredness during the day after using the pads?
My tiredness and brain fog have returned, but I thought these pads were supposed to do the opposite! I dont know if these are "die-off" reactions to these pads, but its annoying nonetheless. Any theories on why this might be happening would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading,
