pinching upper mid chest

After using patch first night next day had a pinching for a short time in my upper mid chest just above heart. That night I used the patch again and was awaken by the pinching. I removed the brown wet patch from my foot. I have not used again and was concerned it was the patch. It has not happened since. Is that normal? Why in upper chest?
