I used 1 pad for about 9-10 hours, on the 2nd hour I went through cold chills for an over an hour. I didn't sleep well at all and when I woke up I felt like I had the flu. My whole body ached, and I didn't recover well. The pad was dark black and thick, so I know something happend. If I want to try this again, what do you advise?
