I disagree John. Donwturns once were the time to grow your buisness. That is not the case now. I know of dozens of retail concerns that where positioned to grow after the holidays...to buyout existing buisnesses that could'nt make the cut.
Now not only are weak going away, the strong are having to give up some of what they earned for lack of financing. Not a real good way to keep people employed.
May I ask, has your buisness credit line been compromised? Mine has.
