You are doing it all wrong. When everything started closing in around our ears I took drastic steps even though some were way too late. The yacht is gone, almost all the airplanes are gone, the home in Key West is gone and the one in the Bahamas is up for sale. The family mansion in Waite Hill has a solid offer on it and the five bedroom, four bath home in Valley Forge Estates in Faiview Park is on the market for half what it's worth ($600,000). We are thinking of moving to Rattlesnake Island and retiring from the racing world until things turn around. The Special Event business will continue but I don't have to be at those events. I might just start one of those T-Shirt stores on Put-In-Bay, just a short ride from Rattlesnake.
Since there are no customs officers on the Islands I may start smuggling in Frogs to get our current medical system. Oh wait, that might be a very short lived business thanks to you know who.
