For trying to get into that sport for the last 3 years I've seen alot on what goes on, and the team owners aren't looking for good talent anymore they are looking for who can bring the biggest pot of gold to the table. And they have tons of marketing people down in N.C. just waiting to take your money promising you that big pot of Gold.
