That's right, this is the weekend for the Big One in Canton, Ohio. Everyone from big time local racers to the VIP's of the sport to the unwashed mullet heads with the unkempt beards wearing last summers grease stained jeans will be there. They will hang together, looking, poking, talking and laughing while perusing the fairground that will be transformed into Dave & Ed's Swap Meet. This is a don't miss affair for serious racers and racetracks that don't plan on closing next year. Even Super Dave will be holding court mid-show and giving out autographs. The auctions will feature just about any kind of racecar (and/or parts) that races in this area. For those that are throwing in the towel or upgrading, these auctions provide a very inexpensive way to get into the sport.
