The brick building has stood in the border between the suburbs and downtown for the longest of time. It may look abandoned, but that’s only on the outside.
This is Quake and Poe welcomes you to enjoy, hang out have some drinks and enjoy the music and the occasional live band.
In the quiet of the night in the downtown district, the music swells loudly from the inside of the building. The line outside can be long and painful to wait in. Cos really, who likes to wait in line? The entrance is through some double doors, are made out of heavy wood. Inside, it’s the cigarette smoke that surrounds you, like any other bar it’s bound to have its smokers.
Quake has three floors, each are made for their own purposes.

The first floor is of course the entrance and the main area of Quake. This is where you’d find the bar, and the stage for music performances. The bar is located in the middle, which holds all the drinks you can possibly imagine and of course Poe will serve you.
Though, don’t try and fool her with those fake ids, she can spot them a mile away. But if you behave and don’t cause any trouble, I’m sure Poe would let you have some fun. After all, all work and no play make people very dull. Or so, the saying goes. Now, the stage is located in the far back, where there is ample room for dance and/or moshing. Whatever floats your boat.
Now on the far left and right sides of the first floor, are the seating areas. The couches are black leather and on each side are glass end tables to hold your drinks. In front of the seating area are the coffee table, also made out of glass, here is where the music magazines are placed (when Poe remembers of course).

There are stairs that lead to the second floor, here is where the lounge area is located it’s only half a floor, for it over looks the stage. So you won’t miss a thing. Gotta love those, balconies. On this floor are more areas to sit and even a billiard table. The pool table is made out of black wood and has a velvet red top, instead of the green kind.
Besides the extra sitting and pool table, there is also a small bar. Just in case, it’s busy on the first floor, you can get your drinks on the second. The small bar is just in the corner and is an identical version of the one that’s on the first floor.

The last and final floor, is where Poe has her office. The third floor is also just a half floor and it over looks the entire area. However, the third floor isn’t a balcony like style. It’s just a room with windows almost everywhere so it can be easier to look out from.
Here is where Poe handles her business, from booking bands to looking over applications for the workers.
So, if Poe isn’t found behind the bar, on the first floor or watching the bands perform, then she’ll most likely be hidden away in her office resting.

So, welcome to Quake. Enjoy the music and have some drinks.
